      Well, for mammals, it’s just like humans! The go into labour and then delivery the baby or babies and the placenta. One difference though is that human babies have very big heads, so I think we have a harder time than most mammal species as it’s a tight fit getting a human baby out! It’s muscle contractions that make it possible to push the baby out.
